Gayatri DawdaMom of a 10 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello For the 1st 6 months, babies should gain around 400-500 gm weight a month Try to monitor growth by plotting height & weight on a growth chart periodically . this is the best way to monitor your baby's growth
