we use to hear noise with breathing of my babies like he is having cough and cold.My doctor suggested to use nasoclear drops few times a day and if it is sounds heavy we can use Mucolite drops. Other than this nothing required. He also said it is quite natural for babies as they can't clear their throat own like us but no cough and cold is there in his chest. Please suggest.

A. please continue nasoclear saline drops ft cscold and cough in the baby is due to viral infection sometimes can be allergies please give steam inhalation to liquefy the secretions saline drops in the nose for congestion nose
