Q.

we started giving her cow milk. is that safe for now.

A. Cow's milk should be given to the baby only after completion of 1 year of age because the protein and fat in cow's milk is hard to digest before that and many a times there could be cow's milk protein allergy in babies and lactose intolerance which could be severe sometimes. Also early introduction of cows milk can lead to iron deficiency anemia as cow's milk lacks iron and vit c hu. Also there could be micro bleeding in intestine because of the heavy protein of cow's milk .To start with cow's milk should be given than gradually you cafn shift to buffalo milk or a packet milk which is a mixture of two .

A. started cow milk any animal milk as cow milk or buffalo milk should be introduced to baby after baby completes one year.. it is exclusively breast feed recommended for six months or formula milk if mother milk is not sufficient use Babyhug sterilisable feeding bottle
