we recently travel from Rajasthan to Mumbai by train but soon after we reached home my daughter started vomiting and complaining of stomachache and she got a mild fever also..suggest what should be done.

Stomach infection or indigestion you should check with your doctor because you travelled to change of surrounding sometimes temperature whether the kids get affected by quickly with that so it’s important that you please check with your doctor for a treatment on that
