We keep strict check on what our kid eat, i have a doubt that how many egg whites and whole eggs can be given to him in a day, he is 7 year old boy

A. Namaste Mom, This vaires as mosty 1 to 2 eggs a days is fine as other protein sources also he should be used to , so you can plan in that way
