we have got out 10months old son krishav vaccinated for manectra.. while come back it was very hot outside.. the next day my 10 years daughter shivanshi was down with fever and a day after.. my son was down with fever.. we are giving meftal p syp we have wycoryl syp at home but not started.. my daughter is fine now.. but krishav is still having fever.. should I start any antibiotic with meftal p. plz suggest
