Q.

We generally make powder of lentils to make home made ceralac but is it really nutritious to baby? Lentils take more time to cook...but powdered form of lentils cook in only 2mins?? Are they really get well cooked in powdered form ?

A. hello...yes a.lot of.moms make that its ok cook them.more if u feel it's under cooked...It is always advisable to offer a range of healthy foods which means you give variety and all food types...never give only one food type..like include proteins fats various vitamins....healthy options include fresh vegetables (all )and fruits, dairy products (milk, yogurt, cheeses , paneer) or dairy substitutes, lean proteins (beans, chicken clear soup eggs after 8 months if no allergy start), and whole-grain cereals and breads with roti n rice n ragi porridge or oats everyday...
