we don't get direct sunlight in our house and we give Depura everyday but still U feel direct sunlight is necessary.. in the current weather at Pune what time is best to take the baby out and for how long

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello there there is nothing like the natural source of vitamin that is the direct sunlight for at least 15 to 20 minutes then the best time to give sunlight to the child is in the early morning when it is pleasant and the sunlight is bearable
