we are giving paracetamol drops but my child has fever is not cured from 2 days onwards what to do she has high temperature we using medicine but not improved in her health what to do

Take the tap water and do sponge on the entire body which is going to be very helpful in breaking the temperature also the fever is high if it is more than 102°F and immediately check with your doctor suggest with the medication which would help in reducing the temperature because the dose would be same but the MG and the medicine could be different which helps in reducing the temperature instantly
