You can walk daily half an hour.
Do aerobic exercise, cycling,
Perform resistance training, swimming,
Yoga, Suryanamaskaar,
Pranayam.

start with low impact exercises ,you can do abdominal crunches, flutter kicks, swimming etc.
you can do dhanurashan , matsyasan or Suryanamashkar.
avoid taking junk food items.
drink plenty of fluids.
have food like sprouts , fruits ,salad etc more.
