A. drink warm lemon - honey water.. Drink plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods You can walk daily half an hour. Do aerobic exercise, cycling, Perform resistance training, swimming, Yoga, Suryanamaskaar, Pranayam.

A. hi best to start doing exercises and yoga. start with low impact exercises ,you can do abdominal crunches, flutter kicks, swimming etc. you can do dhanurashan , matsyasan or Suryanamashkar. avoid taking junk food items. drink plenty of fluids. have food like sprouts , fruits ,salad etc more.
