Dear mother all the fresh regional fruits and vegetables can be taken while breastfeeding you have to take care to take care of certain things that the seeds should not be inhaled you need to avoid fried and junk and excess of sugar stay hydrated drink water at regular intervals and also if you eat something heavy you can take a hot glass of water after half an hour of your meal
