wat could be the reason for a broken teeth for a 3 and half year old boy, my nephew doesn't eat many sweets also

A. cavities can be the reason please visit a dentist preferably a pedodontist and get it treated. brush twice daily using a pea size of kids age appropriate fluoridated toothpaste

A. Sometimes probably it could be due to deficiency of calcium also in the body you need to be more sure about it and after getting it checked with your doctor because this is a really very early age for a teeth to break so it’s better to check with your doctor ones
