You Have to figure out as to what issue the child is having maybe a child is getting its molars or some another issue that the child is facing that suddenly your child has stopped eating for past 4 to 5 days sometimes it could be due to deficiency of multivitamins and iron as well so I did you check it yourself or you get it assessed with your doctor
