mam ,milk secretion mostly work on demand and supply
so I advise to give plenty of breastfeeds to your child.
the more your child sucks, the more milk is produced naturally.
Massage your breasts with coconut oil .
While feeding,make sure your child latches properly because sometimes poor latching can cause low milk supply.
