A. Weight gain in a child is a good indicator for proper health of the child and there should be a regular weight gain as per the age of the child. if there is not a proper weight gain it can be because of many factors and three most important causes are Baby not taking enough calories Baby is not absorbing the enough calories which the baby is taking Baby is fburning too many calories . So a proper assessment is very important to know the causfe regarding this .

Then I believe your child either is not eating well or if your child is eating well yet not gaining then that’s mostly due to some kind of a nutritional deficiency of child could be going through which is why I suggest that you want to take a clarity with a paediatrician on thisWrite Your Answer Here
