under anal baby has reddish what should i do it os diaper rash

in case of severe rashes use eumosone-m ointment twice or thrice a day

Give some diaper free time in a day.
Apply coconut oil everytime changing a diaper or while putting a fresh diaper.
Keep the area clean and dry.
Choose right size of daiper neither too loose nor to tight.
If no improvement is observed, consult your pediatrician immediately.
