NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello..Aim for around 20 to 30 minutes a day of baby tummy time by the time they're 3 or 4 months old. Remember, it doesn't have to happen in one long session. Keep the practice up until baby can roll over on their own, a feat many babies accomplish around 6 or 7 months of age
