Took nimesulide paracetamol tablet once and I am breastfeeding. Will it affect my baby. What should I do

Not advisable during the time of breastfeeding but since you have taken it already if you do not see any side effects okay but you should avoid feeding the child for at least 5 to 6 hours because the mail also transmitted to the child through your milk
