Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. if your child is having any rashes in the tongue it may be due to any infection which needs to be physically examine for now you can apply dentogel over the area

Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Maintain a good personal and oral hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice diligently.
