Q.

Tomorrow I have CoWIN vaccine appointment as I am a lactating month I am worried about taking it or not.Also can I breastfeed my baby after taking vaccine?

A. recently government guidelines say that nursing mothers can get vaccinated for covid and it is safe to feed thereafter but pregytrnant women and children need to wait for vaccination till recent update .

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and these days new study suggests tajt breastfeeding mother can take the covid vaccine.. but as per my opinion you should avoid breastfeeding at least for one week e there is some reactions after vaccination. take care
