Q.

Today my son has done greenish potty and the potty is liquid kind of (in diaper I had found very less solid particle and the diaper colour changes to light greenish) my son's age is 1month 4 days

A. If you are giving any kind of formula feeding then green coloured motion is completely normal and natural for the child but if you see that there is something wrong with the move or discomfort to the child then you can check with your doctor for this
