Q.

Today my baby done with vaccine...his leg was swollen and crying alot...he is not able to stand and walk is ti any problem...please suggest me...

A. you can apply ice pack and give paracetamol three times a day for pain relief this will resolve within 3 to 5 days further for this to clear all your queries properly you need to consult your nearby doctor to get relevant information and get all your doubts cleared which will be a better approach for this in a proper way it becomes difficult to comment here in details without proper examination.
