today morning my baby doing liquid poo and vomiting..with very bad smell..can I give her o2 and sporlac..she is 8-9 kg in weight

the doctor will tell you whether there will be same medicines to be continued or whether there will be change in medication for the patient.
also it will help in understandingx the improvement of the patient .

sporalc can be given if child is having diaherra
as your child having indigestion type issue,you can give entrogermina 2 drops twice in a day
give more and more fluids
especially natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more
