today morning baby had 3 and half month vaccination in govt center but after vaccination I can find some red spots in face and leg is that normal or I need to worry about it

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. a child is having rash on the skin. it can occur due to sensitive skin or dry skin for due to some type of infection.
if the skin of the child is dry you can apply zmoisturizing lotion which help in decreasing the rash.
if if the rash is present on the sweating skin then you can apply calamine lotion.
it is advisable to takex a medical opinion
