today I scan for dhvija as she often have complaint that she has pain in her stomach... here is a comment which I am little bit worried about can you please explain it the comment is : "enlarge mesenteric lymph nodes are seen in lower abdomen and para umbilical region."

A. yes they can be treated with apropriate medicines ok. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
