Q.

today I have done vaccine for laskh he is 9 month they given shots on leg and now he is crying lot and his legs are paining so what I can I do I can give him any medicine or ice massage on leg

A. when fever and pain comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain. paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times perd day. you can also apply ice over the injection site. if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel. vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3 daysd meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever

A. Keep an ice cube on that area that cooling that the ice cube is going to give is going to be helping in reducing down the swelling as well as pain after that you can apply the tube called Thermophob if you have that to reduce down swelling also you should give paracetamol without fever also that will also help in reducing the pain
