today I have delivered baby girl with preterm baby girl in 35 weeks weight of baby 2.4 kgs is there any problem

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist11 months agoA. dear mum , preterm baby need special care n attention depending upon complications if any so baby may b placed in nicu for some days. that said do not worry as medical facilities are advanced just follow the guidelines by doctor
