My baby is 1 month plus he was preterm baby 35 weeks, with 2 kg weight.. now weight is gained, i just wanted to know can i give him gastica?..

A. Yes if it has been advised by you are Dr you can give it to the child it’s a very basic and common medicine to be given to the kids during the time of gas so you can give it to the child there is no problem with that
