today I had given vaccination of 2.5 month to my baby rota 2, panta 2 pcv 1 dose and oral polio at 11.30 am at that time she was ok at 4pm she gets up and started crying so we had given her 60 ml lactogen formal milk but after some time she gets omit and return back all the milk. from 11.30 am to 4 pm she done her urine 5 times and small amount of potty also . please guide me is there is any serious that she had done omitt is oral polio has Diluted or return back in omit?
