today I consult doctor .he told fever is normal. but fever is coming after 10 hours when I stop paracetamol syrup. why fever is not stop completely plz tell me clearly.

A. The intensity of the fever is breaking and it is becoming weak because usually fever repeat in 4 to 6 hours now it is taking 10 hours to come so it’s okay and if the fever is there for more than three days and maybe it’s a wider fever which is taking little longer time
