my baby is 18months old suffering from fever from 4days iam given ibuprofen paracetamol syrup ,after 8 to 10 hours again fever coming,what medicine i have to give,which is safe

A. Hello, your baby boy is 18 months old and he is having a fever so ibugesic plus syrup doesn’t work out so give him proper antibiotic and plenty of fluids
