yesterday baby had fever 100.3 f given child paracetamol 10ml considering 7kg weight again after 8hour 99.8 f fever again given paracetamol now 98.5 f . concern about not taking milk or ors for last 6 hours. urine output in 6 hours is ok.

A. hello when child is sick appetite will be low n make sure to give a well balanced food in the diet n this will help in the growth of the child also
