hi doctor, my son is 17months old now he Is suffering with fever from 1day iam using p-250 paracetamol syrup but for every four hours he is getting fever again and again please suggest me what to do now

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as thfhe first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
