Q.

my baby is having fever and I am giving Paracetamol syrups fever reduce after 6 hours again fever is coming, she is now 12 month

A. according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which would be helpful for the doctor to to find out thhe the treatment for further management consult dr. paracetamol can be repeated every 6 hours
