today first period ofter C section delivery but my breast milk is decreased today how can do, how increased brest milk during period time

s madaanMom of a 9 yr 10 m old girl3 years agoA. taking lots of fluids is a helpful apart from that feeding your baby at regular interval will be good and you got the first period so it is quite natural to experience this issue right now but in one or two days it will be okay
