Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. vaccine is very important to increase the immunity of the body. very important to complete the course of vaccination which come before 5 years of age because this is the age group in which children are prone to vaccine preventable disexases.
contact your doctor who will tell you which vaccines are important for your child and which vaccines are optional.
optional vaccine only depends upon the immunity status of the child as well as upon the endemic diseases of your area

You can check it into the vaccination and growth tracker app from there you will have a fair knowledge about all the vaccinations that you need to get done for your child from different different time and as per the age otherwise you can also take a clarity with your paediatrician and follow the vaccination schedule chart for the child
