Q.

this is the first time I got period after delivery, today is 5th day, bleeding not yet stopped(small amount). is it normal? plz rep me and I got lower back pain from yesterday.

A. not to worry period may remain a regular after delivery for about 1 year no medication is needed for that you just need to maintain a Healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking and try meditation whenever possible
