this is the eye checkup of my 3.11 years old boy.pls help weather he has eye power or not

A. he has eye power?

A. you may need to use it at present but as the baby will be growing there will be changed us for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
