This is my ultrasound report. is everything fine here? Ductal dilatation in left breast all quadrants cause lactating breast. Few small axillary LN's are seen with maintained holar fat in both breast left and right. Impression- Normal sonomammogram in a lactating breast with B/L small reactive lymphnodes

A. so everything is fine ? do i need to worry for anything?
