This is my ultrasound report. is everything fine here? Ductal dilatation in left breast all quadrants cause lactating breast. Few small axillary LN's are seen with maintained holar fat in both breast left and right. Impression- Normal sonomammogram in a lactating breast with B/L small reactive lymphnodes

Lymph fluid builds up in lymph nodes in an effort to trap bacteria, viruses, or other harmful pathogens. This helps to keep the infection from spreading to other parts of your body.
