Q.
This is my first pregnancy. I am actually in 38 week. I have anxiety that I may not notice that my labour is started. I know this is silly question, but again, is there any chance for silent labour.Also my doctor haven't done any PV examination. what are signs of labour

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Signs of labour are pain and leaking. Also please do not take any kind of stress over it as it is harmful for the baby. Please take healthy food items including fresh fruits and dry fruits. Also take lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds. Continue with the supplements as suggested by your gynaecologist.
