Q.

this is my double marker test report. free b hcg is 62.6 iu/l ie 1.74 mom and papp a is 7.89 iu/l ie 1.62 mom nuchal transulancy is 0.6 mm ie 0.36 mom. crl is 64 cm on 12 w 5d and maternal age 37. report showing low risk still free b hcg value too close to 2 mom and papp value abruptly high and nt abruptly low bothering me. can somebody explain the reports well and risk involved

A. Ma’am There is no scan report attached to the queries I am sorry I will not be able to assist you on that because for assisting you I don’t need to know what’s mentioned in the report since I cannot say anything just going to advise you to discuss it with your gynaecologist in detail
