Hello ma’am There is no picture attached to your query so I don’t know what kind of a wound are you talking about well I would just advise you to consult your paediatrician for a proper check up and see guarding the same because after proper checkup only doctor can tell you what you need to do and it can suggest you any medicine and ointment if needed
