My son has had a Wasp bite on his hand 3 days ago. Still the point of bite is like this. Should I apply something on it?

A. you clean is properly first.. maintain hygiene.. use lacto calamine lotion or candid cream on it.. take care.. if spreading reach the dr.. thank you fr reaching the first cry panel..
