There is no breast milk with me

mam,you can increase your breastmilk supply by using various ways.
first ,you should offer breastfeeding as much as possible , because the more your child sucks , the more milk is produced.
Take some food items like ginger, garlic, ajwain seeds, nuts , methidana , drumsticks soup etc which can also help you in this.
stay stress free as it can affect your breastmilk supply.
