if there is no leaky breast , does it mean insufficiency of breast milk?

A. Some mamas leak; some don't. It's really that simple. Not leaking doesn't have anything to do with your ability to breastfeed. Rest assured that your body is already producing colostrum (the thick, nutrient-rich milk that baby will receive in her first few days) — it just might not come out until baby starts to suck.
