A nursing mother should have a balanced and nutritious diet
Increase the intake of proteins like paneer, daal, sprouts, beans, dry fruits, oats, soya in the diet
Add ghee in daal or rice
Daliya with milk and jaggery , ragi, oats porridge, khichdi, dry fruit ladoo, jeera, ajwain, sauf, till or sesame seeds, flaxseed, green vegetables, fruits and fenugreek seeds will help in increasing milk production
Water 3l per day
Have small and frequent meals

Hello ma’am It is important to have lots of water and there is no bar to food you can eat everything you just need to avoid food which is more gases in nature for at least 2 to 2 1/2 months initially and refined flour and oily food other than that there is no restriction to it
