There are bumps around my niece's lips filled with pus. We are very worried. She is also very worried and is not eating much. I don't understand what to do please help me

You haven’t mentioned the age of the child so I’m going to advise you to physically examined with the doctor because this is to say what could be the reason but what you mention it is looking like some kind of an infection because that is why there is puss building inside you need to check with your doctor
