A. Hello! Child’s weight is definitely on the lower and lower side. Definitely need some personal medical attention to check for any deficiency issues. Get in touch with your consulting paediatrician. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green, leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and in the daily diet
