Q.

The service is very poor..when this can be fixed...I ordered a few things for my new born baby. it was showing the items will be delivered today..but not a single item has been delivered. wherein the status shows delivery attempted but haven't received any call

A. I'm very disappointed with first cry. I have ordered 6layer baby hug storage cabinate and I have received a defective product. I have made a replacement I have received a defective item for the 2nd time for the same product. I don't want to make a replacement for the third time since it's a waste of time and effort for me. I need to return the product and claim my refund. pls look into the matter ASAP
