The doc has suggested to start solids from today so m goin to give my baby cerelac Can anyone advise with two scoops of cereal r how much water shall I put And once eaten when should I breastfeed her after tat

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, you can start solids if your baby has already completed 6 months, else do not start. Exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. Even after 6 months, you should avoid giving commercially available packaged foods, rather give homemade foods.
